What I
work on.

Infrastructure support, PowerShell automation, and the independent systems I build outside work.

01 / OPERATIONS

Run.

Keep people working. Final escalation for infrastructure, networks, Microsoft 365, and security incidents across dozens of client environments.

Led a Windows 10 to 11 migration across 1,000+ endpoints with minimal client disruption.

Selected operations work
  • Root-caused practice-management crashes linked to a Windows update and workstation hangs traced to a print driver.
  • Identified end-of-life consumer SSDs in a server RAID before failure.
  • Investigated Microsoft 365 business email compromise and repaired broken domain trusts.
  • Train technicians, report help desk KPIs, and manage hardware refreshes from procurement to installation.
02 / AUTOMATION

Automate.

Fix the repeat work. I build the PowerShell toolkit the team uses for fleet audits, Windows repair, storage health, and application control.

Brought AI-assisted triage and drafting into the SyncroMSP workflow.

Inside the toolkit
  • Fleet system audits and Windows health repair.
  • Storage-health auditing and application-control blocklists.
  • Windows 11 upgrade automation.
  • Document-as-you-go procedures, SOPs, and a reusable knowledge base for repeat issues and technician onboarding.
03 / INDEPENDENT SYSTEMS

Build.

Own the whole system. After hours, I design and run my own infrastructure: identity, self-hosted services, local AI, and custom hardware.

A fine-tuning pipeline and evaluation harness for a 9B open-weight model.

What I’m building
  • A self-hosted business platform with SSO, PostgreSQL services, and mail infrastructure.
  • A local AI stack with my own fine-tuning pipeline and evaluation harness.
  • Custom gaming PCs and hardline water-cooling design through Razmanion.

Selected
escalations.

01

Practice-management crashes. Traced to a specific Windows update.

02

Intermittent workstation hangs. Traced back to a print driver.

03

Server storage health. End-of-life consumer SSDs identified in a server RAID before failure.

Independent
projects.

Local AI experiments, self-hosted infrastructure, and custom hardware.

INDEPENDENT AI

Orvyth

My independent AI project, covering model experiments, local inference, and the infrastructure around them.

The work behind the project

My focus is product direction, AI experimentation, and the infrastructure that supports the work. The local model and self-hosted platform below are related parts of that broader effort.

CUSTOM HARDWARE

Razmanion

I pick the parts. I build the system. Custom gaming PCs and hardline water-cooling design are the hardware side of my independent work.

Build notes

My work covers component selection, custom PC design, and hardline water cooling. The photograph shows my own machine, not a Razmanion product render or a claim about its cooling configuration.

Evaluation notes

In my own agent-task benchmark, the recorded result moved from 5 to 65 out of 70. This describes one personal test set, not general model performance.

My own evaluation, not an independently verified benchmark or a comparison with other models. The test set and methodology are not published on this page.

The work in more detail

What each project needed, how it was approached, and what the available evidence supports.

01This portfolio websiteStatic delivery · AI-assisted implementation
Problem
Turn the supplied portfolio design into a website at my own domain, with a working contact address and reliable page routing.
Approach
AI-assisted implementation kept the supplied design and separated images, CSS, and JavaScript into local assets. Nginx serves the static pages behind Cloudflare, with HTTPS, a canonical redirect, and a real 404 page.
Evidence
Asset, link, image, and content-security checks passed. Desktop and phone browser checks exercised navigation, filtering, monogram switching, and email copying. Public HTTPS and missing-page checks passed on 9 October 2026.
Limits
These checks apply to this portfolio and the tested interactions. They do not certify other hosted services. Hosting, certificate renewal, and browser behavior still need ongoing maintenance.
02Email at my own domainSelf-hosted mail · Authenticated client access
Problem
Use an address at my own domain in a regular mail app while retaining control of mailbox storage.
Approach
Postfix, Dovecot, and OpenDKIM provide encrypted client access, authenticated sending, and domain signing. A restricted private relay handles outbound mail. Setup and verification used AI assistance.
Evidence
I confirmed the original Gmail test in Inbox before the relay change. Gmail later accepted a real monitoring alert through the final relay; an internal return test preserved DKIM. Encrypted off-site backups passed a non-destructive staged restore of 219 files.
Limits
Phone synchronization and Gmail authentication headers remain unverified. Inbox placement through the final relay is unconfirmed. Recovery was checked in staging; a live-server disaster restore was not tested.
03PowerShell support toolingSupport automation
Problem
Recurring support work includes system audits, Windows repair, storage-health checks, application control, and operating-system upgrades.
Approach
PowerShell tooling brings those tasks into a reusable help-desk workflow, alongside SOPs and a knowledge base for repeat issues and technician onboarding.
Evidence
A reusable toolkit alongside SOPs and a technician knowledge base. My LinkedIn résumé also describes a Windows 10-to-11 migration across 1,000+ endpoints.
Limits
My LinkedIn résumé is the source for these examples. Client-specific scripts and incident records stay private; no measured time saving is claimed.

About
me.

I work for a managed service provider supporting dental practices and small businesses. My day moves between infrastructure, Microsoft 365, security incidents, technician mentoring, and the tooling that makes the next ticket easier.

After hours, I design, deploy, and run my own systems. I like connecting the details: the person reporting an issue, the infrastructure behind it, and the documentation that helps the next technician.

How I work

01

Find the cause.

Trace the incident to the system, configuration, or component behind it.

02

Make the fix reusable.

Use a tool or procedure when the same support work keeps returning.

03

Document the result.

Record what changed so the next technician has a useful starting point.
